Robin Thicke has once again discussed his infamous MTV VMAs performance with Miley Cyrus, claiming there was no spark between the two, even when she was rubbing herself against his crotch on national television.
The 'Blurred Lines' singer has made a name for himself in 2013 as one of music's most sleazy stars, being banned from universites across the UK due to his lyrics, and shocking the world with a hugely inappropriate performance with Cyrus - who is 16 years older than the fallen Disney princess.
Now, he claims there was no sexual chemistry between the two - but adds that it would have been different if he had been performing with Rihanna.
"There was no sexuality between us. It was fun. It would have been different if it had been Rihanna," Thicke tells Alan Carr on his Chatty Man TV show, before once again pleading his innocence over the songs' offensive content.
"When we wrote it Pharrell and I just wanted to be like how people talk to each other on the dance floor," he adds. "When you read it back you can see why some people took it the wrong way, but our intentions were purely to make people happy."
