Lorde has covered Tears For Fears' classic track 'Everybody Wants To Rule the World' for the upcoming soundtrack to Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Check out a preview below.
Tears For Fears released the original, bouncy, uplifting track in 1985. Now, the 'Royals' singer Lorde has covered it, completely turning it on its head, translating it into a dark, brooding, percussion-heavy number that perfectly echoes the post-apocalyptic themes of the film it accompanies.

Lorde's cover joins the likes of Sia's massive 'Elastic Heart', featuring The Weeknd, on the soundtrack, and cuts from The National, Coldplay, Santigold and more. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack is due to be released 19 November, 2013.
