Arctic Monkeys have announced two huge shows at Finsbury Park in May 2014. Although the park isn't the first venue that comes to find when you think if huge shows, it has seen a number of the world's biggest acts come through its gate over the years.
From Jimi Hendrix's flaming guitar in 1967 to The Stone Roses blowing all southerners away in 2013, it is surprising just how many shows have been played there without the park itself gaining a huge reputation as a music venue.
It is often shunned in favour of its more fashionable cousin Hyde Park, but this list shows beyond doubt that it can certainly hold its own against the biggest stages in the world.
