Queens Of The Stone Age have unveiled a fittingly spooky and awesome new video for 'The Vampyre Of Time And Memory', and it's not quite what you'd expect from Homme and his stalwarts. Watch the clip below.
Like Clockwork highlight and new single 'The Vampyre Of Time And Memory' is a piano driven Bond-esque track with Homme sounding really very similar to David Bowie in the opening verse.
Made in co-operation with The Creators' Project, the video also has a hint of 007 about it, with the band wearing smart tuxedos and Homme sitting at a leopard-skinned piano belting out the powerful track. He is ably assisted by an ageing singer who is also very vampish in her appearance and is flanked by two younger but still fairly terrifying assistants.

An interactive video is available here. I don't think there's even been anyone in history who's been able to tell QOTSA what to do, so you could be making history as you control the direction of the clip.
QOTSA's tour rolls into Ireland tonight, before returning to the mainland on 20 November. Full dates are below. For more information visit Gigwise gig tickets.
