Trent Reznor stopped a Nine Inch Nails concert in Las Vegas to contact fan and friend Andrew Youssef for an incredibly touching tribute to the photographer, who is currently suffering from cancer. See the incident below.

At the show at The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Friday, 15 November, 2013 Reznor took some time out before telling the crowd "I want to have a Bono moment and try to FaceTime him (Youssef)". When Youssef answered, Reznor gave him a look around the arena before telling him "Listen, I just wanted to tell you that I miss you man. I wish you were here".

 See the touching moment below

The crowd were clearly touched by the story, and during the conversation they started chanting "Andrew, Andrew" in support of the music photographer. Youssef has stage 3 colon cancer, and has been giving insights on his condition in column Last Shot that he writes for OC Weekly.

Reznor read about Youssef's plight through the column, in which he mentions that he is a huge fan of Nine Inch Nails. He got in touch via Twitter and the pair have become friends since, occasionally going to dinner together when Reznor was in Youssef's native Los Angeles to record the latest album. First Batkid and now this, is it possible the world might just be becoming a slightly kinder place?
