Arcade Fire have revealed a video for their brand new single, 'Afterlife'. In keeping with recent videos from the band it's an epic production that is visually stunning. Check it out below.
The video is directed by Emily Kai Bock, and starts by following the trials of a Latino immigrant family in North America. The video takes in many scenarios, including a balcony that opens onto an idyllic coastline.

Partially in colour and partially in black and white, in is another example of the effort the band have put in to promote new album Reflektor, which has seen them go way beyond the normal half-hearted videos and obligatory tour. If you like your bands to put in a lot more effort than is strictly required, Arcade Fire are currently the band for you.
As well as the extravagant videos, the band have announced an ambitious plans to play huge arenas with the whole crowd in fancy or formal dress. Although they have since played down the request, you wouldn't bet against the fans of the special band giving a little back given the amount the band have given of themselves this year.
