Bruce Springsteen's new album High Hopes confirmed for January release

Bruce Springsteen is back with a brand new album, High Hopes, scheduled for release on January 14 2014.

The album, which includes a duet with Tom Morello on 'The Ghost of Tom Joad', will feature twelve tracks comprised of a mixture of originals, covers and re-recordings. 'American Skin (41 Shots)' which has only been released as a live track before, is present on the album along with title track and first single 'High Hopes'.

Today (25 November, 2013) is the day when Springsteen is expected to unveil the first single, which will also be the titles track from the album. The Scott McConnell band original, was covered by Springsteen for his '96 Blood Brothers EP but is now looking at a full release.
