J Cole has used his verse on the new remix of Justin Timberlake’s ‘TKO’ to respond to Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Control’ rap in which he called out a number of rappers.

Four months ago, Lamar rapped that he was ‘trying to murder’ the likes of A$AP Rocky, Pusha T, Meek Millz, Big Sean, Drake and J Cole.

He may have taken his time, but Cole has finally responded with a verse of his very own with the ‘TKO’ remix.

Cole raps: "In case this is war, then I load up on all ammunition // If a n***a want problems, my trigger’s on auto // I’ll make sure that nobody miss him // Now pack up your s**t, you don’t believe in me // I don’t need you, I got me, b**ch // Same n***a moved to NYC, b**ch //.

The New York rapper also references ‘a song called ‘Control’’, rapping the song sounds like a ringtone and claims even his mother asked how he was going to respond to Lamar’s verse.

Don’t take the curses and aggressive nature of the verse the wrong way though, as the rap is more than likely a lighthearted reposte to Lamar’s words as the pair are actually friends and worked together of Cole’s latest album Born Sinner.
