Lily Allen's festive cover version of Keane's 'Somewhere Only We Know' has returned to the top spot, just two Sundays before the 2013 Christmas No.1 is revealed.

The star has beaten One Direction's 'Story Of My Life' and 'Of The Night' which come in at No.2 and No.3 respectively. Last week's No.1 'Under Control' by Calvin Harris, Alesso and Hurts has slipped to No.4, while Gary Barlow completes the top five with 'Let Me Go'.

Allen's track from the John Lewis Christmas ad was at No.1 two weeks ago, but managed to outsellf One Direction by just 6,000 copies this week.

The Official Charts Company also report that Mumford And Sons’ 'I Will Wait' has re-entered the Official Singles Chart Top 40 following Luke Friend’s performance of it on last weekend’s X Factor, climbing 49 places to 33 today.
