That's right, ONLY TWO! How many Grammy nominations do you have?
West, 36, is currently in the running for the Best Rap Album for sixth LP Yeezus and Best Rap Song for the track 'New Slaves'. Rather than enjoy being recognised as part of a very fortunate and successful elite within the music industry, West has revealed that he thinks his album should receive more recognition because it's been a chart success.
''Yeezus is the top one or two album on every single list," he said at a gig this week at US Airways Center. ''But only gets two nominations from the Grammys. What are they trying to say?''
The rapper, who has so far amassed an impressive 53 Grammy nominations and 21 wins, is on record as previously saying: ''I haven't won one against a white person. I don't care about the Grammys. ''I just would like for the statistics to be more accurate.''

The rant is just one in a long line of many recently - highlights including comparing his bravery in playing live to that of being a soldier at war, then there was that time he compared his daughter to English royalty, the time he had a go at Nike and the time he said that 'black people don't have the same connections as Jewish people'.
Kanye would however, like to remind you all that he is NOT the new Nelson Mandela.
