11 December, 2013: Iceland's latest rising and most brightly-shining star Asgeir Trausti returns to London to dazzle all present at the capital's Bush Hall. Check out our exclusive photos of Asgeir's performance here.

You'd struggle to find a more fitting venue for Asgeir's sound than here at Bush Hall. Grand and palatial yet humble and intimate, it makes for the perfect marriage with his soaring, ambitious sonics and charmingly human approach.

While the crowd consists of enough full-faced beards and chunky knitwear to constitute a genuine fire hazard, it's impressive to think that Aesgir has pulled such an impressive audience off the back of an Icelandic album that wasn't even released on these shores. If the cult-level of hero worship that greets his every movement, chord and utterance is enough to judge him by, then we can only expect Asgeir to reach the stratospheric level of love and respect that he deserves when the English version of his debut album drops next month.

In The Silence by Aesgir will be released on 27 January, 2014, before he plays at headline show at London's Union Chapel on 8 April 2014. Do everything you can to ensure that you experience both.

Asgeir played:
Going Home
Lupin Intrigue
Ocean
Summer Guest
On The Day
Higher
In The Silence
Soothe This Pain
Nu Hauen Blaes
Head In The Snow
King And Cross
Encore:
