The hour-long extension for the Saturday evening of the festival has been agreed upon in the hopes that it will attract more top international acts. 

 

Event manager Colin Roger said "We have the opportunity to bring two international headliner artists to the T in the Park line-up in a co-headliner format." He added "To achieve this, both acts would need to perform in darkness, which is why have requested this extension." 

 

T in the Park takes place between 11-13 July next year, where it will be celebrating its 21st year at Balado.
