Singer-songwriter Frank Turner has proved his mental (and metal) prowess after being crowned the victor on Celebrity Mastermind.
Turner's specialist subject was metal band Iron Maiden, with his quick responses to the questions putting him out in front. The show, which was broadcast yesterday (January 3) saw John Humphry's ask Frank what it felt like to win Celebrity Mastermind, comparing to featuring on the Olympics opening ceremony.
"I think this is way better, its been on my bucketlist to be on Mastermind since I was a kid," he responded.

On the show, Turner was up against the likes of punk poet John Cooper Clarke who performed 'Home Honey I'm High', Ben Falks and Roy Hudd. All the proceedings of his winnings will go to homeless charity Shelter, for which he also busked to raise money for earlier this month.
