Ed Sheeran has spoken out about what fans should expect from his upcoming UK arena tour, stating that it'll be an 'impressive' but no frills affair.
Yesterday, the 'A Team' singer-songwriter announced a pretty massive tour for October 2014. Now, he has told Capital FM about what fans can hope to see.
"It's going to be 100% solo," said Sheeran. "There's going to be no bands, no back dancers, no backing singers, no flames, no fireworks, just me with an acoustic guitar for two hours hopefully playing songs that people know."
The musician, 22, is gearing up for the release of his second album, the follow up to 2011's massive +, which made him a global superstar. Sheeran has reportedly been working with super producers Rick Rubin and Pharrell Williams on the as-yet-untitled second record, and he debuted supposed album track 'Tenerife Sea' at his Madison Square Garden show in October 2013.
