Jessie J has cancelled plans to support Robin Thicke on his upcoming US tour.
The singer sent out a tweet to tell fans that she would no longer be joining Thicke on tour, citing a need to "prioritise recording/studio and promo" as the reason for the change of plan.
Out of respect to my USA fans I want to be honest. I will not be supporting Robin Thicke on his USA tour. ... http://t.co/oxQjyz6qgM

The news is perhaps a lucky escape for the singer, as Robin Thicke has hardly been revelling in good publicity since releasing chart-topping single 'Blurred Lines', which was seen as misogynistic by those who possessed eyes or ears.
Jessie J meanwhile, has admitted that her American label don't think her new album "will work for their territory. I can't force them to put it out." The album, Alive, reached No.3 when it was released in the UK.
