More acts added to massive bill in Iceland + Sweden

 

Jon Hopkins, Bonobo and more confirmed for Sonar festival 2014

Jon Hopkins, Bonobo, James Holden, Paul Kalkbrenner, Daphni and Evian Christ and are all among the latest additions confirmed for this year's Sonar Festival. 

Sonar Festival 2014 will take place in both Reykjavik and Stockholm this February, with over 90 artists playing across the events. 

James Holden, Jon Hopkins, Paul Kalkbrenner, Bonobo, Daphni and Evian Christ have been added to the line-up for both events, joining an already stellar bill. In Sonar Reykjavík, they all join Major Lazer, who is headlining, together with the When Saints Go Machine and the première of Starwalker - the new collaboration of France's Jean-Benoit Dunckel (half of Air) and Icelandic composer Bardi Johannsson.

Meanwhile, at the inaugral Sonar Stockholm they'll be joining Skudge, La Fleur, Johanna Knutsson, Sandra Mosh with many more to be announced.

- Sonar Reykjavík 2014 takes place at Harpa in Reykjavik Music Hall, with five different stages over three days on the 13, 14 and 15 February. Sónar Reykjavik will be turning Harpa's underground car park again into a nightclub and will provide a line-up of more than 60 artist, bands and DJs for its second edition.

- Sonar Stockholm takes place at Munchenbryggeriet in the Södermalm district from 14 - 15 February. There will be 30 artists and DJs over three stages: SonarClub, SonarDôme presented by RBMA and SonarLab. The doors will open at 7pm until 3am on both days.
