Tickets for Kaiser Chiefs' live shows have seen a huge increase in demand since frontman Ricky Wilson made his TV debut as a judge on the BBC's primetime talent show, The Voice.

Ticket marketplace Viagogo have reported an impressive 179% increase in searches for tickets for the band's shows, boosted in part by a group performance of the band's iconic hit, 'I Predict A Riot' on the show. Kaiser Chiefs perform shows in Manchester and London in February 2014.

"Since The Voice returned to screens last weekend, ticket searches for Kaiser Chiefs have grown by a massive 179%," says a spokesperson for Viagogo. "We’ve seen increased interest for both the upcoming Manchester and London shows at the beginning of February. It seems that Ricky’s charismatic appearance on Saturday’s show, as well as the judges’ electric performance of the Kaiser Chief’s ‘I Predict a Riot’, has left fans eager to see the rock band live in action."

Viagogo also reports an increase in demand for Kylie Minogue tickets, although she is yet to announce any live shows in 2014.

Dates for the Kaiser Chief's UK shows are as follows:

February 11 2014 - Manchester Gorilla
February 13 2014 - London Scala
