Icelandic singer-songwriter Ásgeir has performed a cover of Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball' for Dutch radio channel 3FM.
Apart getting the first lyric slightly wrong, singing, "We clawed, we chained our hearts in Wayne", Ásgeir's version is quite lovely.

Ásgeir's debut album Dyrd í dauðathogn is owned by 10% of the Icelandic population, and has since been translated by John Grant into The Silence, and will be released worldwide on 27 January.
