Snoop Dogg has stirred controversy by posing for a photo with a 'blacked up' fan in Korea. See the image below.
Posting the image on his Instagram account, the photo shows a man of Asian descent wearing a dreadlock wig with his face painted black. It comes with the caption: "Stunt double. Hahahahahah. This nigha here !!"
Many fans then reacted angrily by posting comments in backlash to the photo. One follwer wrote "Seriously? Wow! That's disrepectful...our people really don't give a fuck as long as they have money. That's a shame. Our ancestors are rolling in their graves."
Other negative reactions included "so it's OK for him to do blackface but not anyone else," while another simply said "umm this isn't okay"
However, many spoke out in defence of the photo, with one fan writing: "He's just showing love...not a racist"
