As the news that Justin Bieber had been arrested on charges of DUI and drag racing spread like wildfire on the internet yesterday (January 23), people responded to the news in a variety of ways.
Some were overjoyed, some didn't give a toss, and some pretended not to know who Justin Bieber is so they could look cool.
