It's heavily rumoured Madonna will perform at the Amnesty International Concert, which is taking place in Brooklyn on 5 February 2014.
According to the Gothamist, the legendary pop singer will perform at the event, which is the first Amnesty Internation Concert since 1998.
It was announced the two recently freed members of Russian feminist punk protest band Pussy Riot will be appearing at the concert earlier this week - and Madonna has always been an outspoken advocate of the group, frequently making speeches about them during her tour in 2012.

The organisers of the Amnesty International Concert have promised "big announcements" right up until the day of the show, so there's still more than enough time for the singer to be announced.
Madonna hit the news for less positive reasons earlier this week, when she used a racial slur on Instagram.. The singer posted a photo of her son Brooklyn with captioned with "disn***a", before deleting it and apologising on her Facebook account.
