Phil Collins has revealed he has been writing new music with Adele - and has described working with her as "an eye-opener".
The former Genesis frontman told Inside South Florida that the singer actually reached out to him to work together on music for her new record.
"I've just started to work with Adele. She contacted me to write together," he revealed. "I wasn't actually too aware [of her]. I live in a cave [but] she's achieved an incredible amount and I really love her voice and I love some of that stuff she's done. So, to me, it's always an eye-opener - educational."

Collins' comments are sure to reignite rumours Adele's return to music is imminent, after eagle-eyed fans spotted the singer had registered a mystery new song called 'Devil On My Shoulder' on music licensing website ASCAP earlier this week.
