Rumours were already rife that she was gearing up for a surprise performance, and now it's been confirmed that Madonna will be taking to the stage at this Sunday's Grammys.
Madonna hinted at the performance herself by posting a photo on Instagram saying "I'm looking for the perfect pair of heels to wear to the Grammys..."

Armstrong could also be set to receive an award at the 58th Grammy Awards - with Green Day's documentary ¡Cuatro! up for Best Music Film.
