Bastille made their debut on the hit US show Saturday Night Live last night (Saturday 25th) to perform two tracks from their debut album Bad Blood.

After cracking the Top 10 in the Billboard 100 chart this week with their single 'Pompeii', Bastille continue to gain success over the pond by performing on Saturday Night Live alongside host Jonah Hill.

The band performed two tracks from their debut album Bad Blood, which was released in the UK last year and looks set to achieve the same success over in the US.

Bastille have revealed that they are currently working on the follow up to 2013's Bad Blood, with Smith revealing he wants to "defy expectations" with the new record. He also expressed how he wants to write the new album in a similar fashion to the first, back in his bedroom where it all began.

Bastille are also nominated for four awards at the 2014 BRIT Awards.
