Former Spice Girls star Geri Halliwell has been rumoured to be representing the UK at this year's Eurovision song contest.
Despite her flop of a comeback single in Australia earlier this year, (selling less than 400 copies), it looks like Geri has got another shot at reviving her solo career. According to a souce, British Eurovision Chiefs believe that Geri is perfect for Eurovision and has what it takes to make an impact at the contest, held in Copenhagen on May 10th.
"Geri seems a perfect fit for Eurovision. She's up for a laugh and not afraid to camp things up" said the source.
"If she wins, she would be hailed as a legend, but if she doesn't score highly it could be another embarrassing moment."

The BBC are yet to confirm as to whether or not the ex-Spice Girl will be the one to represent the UK at this year's Eurovision, stating that: "The BBC is passionate about our involvement in the Eurovision Song Contest and we are collaborating with creative experts across the UK music industry to select this year's entry."
Somehow we're not expecting a great win for the UK this year.
