Lorde performed a breathtaking rendition of her breathrough track 'Royal' at the Grammys last night (Sunday 26 January, 2014) - before taking home two awards for the song.
The New Zealand teen sensation won the Grammys for Song of the Year as well as Best Vocal Pop Performance for 'Royals'.
In one of her acceptance speeches, she took the time to thank the song's co-writer and producer, Joel Little.
"I probably wouldn't be here if Joel wasn't here, this guy nurtured me through my first years of songwriting which I will forever owe him," Lorde said.
In another speech, she told the Los Angeles Staples Center: "This is the one thing I did not expect the most about tonight, so thank you so much."
