The Cure, Suede, Ed Sheeran, Paolo Nutini and OneRepublic are set to perform at the Royal Albert Hall for the Teenage Cancer Trust fundraiser.
The event, which is to be helmed by Roger Daltrey, takes place between 24 - 30 March. The concerts were created back in 2000, and have raised over £17 million over the years.
As well as the musical guests, comedians such as Jason Manford, John Bishop and Micky Flanagan are also set to perform.
Each act will have their own night, with The Cure set to play a full three hour show on 29 March - their second for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Meanwhile, Suede are planning to perform their second album Dog Man Star in full, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its release.
