The hard work may have finally paid off for You Me At Six who are on course for their first No.1 album with Cavalier Youth.

The British rock heavyweights are currently on a collision course with Ellie Goulding, set to take Halycon's No.1 position with Cavalier Youth. Currently the album is the highest selling new entry in the charts with Ellie Goulding slipping to No.2, Beyonce at No. 3 and Avicii swinging in at No. 4.

Cavalier Youth is the band's fourth studio album, and it is their first that could take the top spot after the preceding albums managed to break the Top Five. Sinners Never Sleep was the closest to making it, reaching No.3 in the charts.

Following their wins at The Grammys over the weekend, Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories climbs 43 places to No.23, and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’s The Heist is up 21 places to No.38.

Also in the singles chart Clean Bandit remain at No.1 on the iTunes singles chart, despite big new entries from will.i.am feat. Miley Cyrus with 'Feelin' Myself' and new Katy B single, 'Crying For No Reason'.
