Madonna confirms new album, hopes to work with Drake

Madonna has revealed that she's started work on her new album, and is keen to work with Drake .

The singer confirmed the news in an interview with The Canadian Press, saying, "Plans are in the works already. Don't ask me with who. It's top secret." The singer also revealed that she'd be keen to collaborate with Canadian rapper and singer Drake, "If he'll have me."

Madonna made the comments during an appearance in Toronto, Canada, where she was opening her latest Hard Candy gym. It was her first visit to Toronto since supposedly being banned in 1990, after defying police instructions to not simulate sex during her 'Blonde Ambition' tour.

Madonna's most recent album was MDNA, which was released in 2012, and featured singles 'Give Me All Your Luvin'', 'Girl Gone Wild' and 'Turn Up The Radio'. The album topped the UK and US charts, and was certified Gold in both countries.
