Rumours are resurfacing yet again that Prince will headline Glastonbury this year.
A number of tabloids are reporting that the icon will be taking to the stage at Worthy Farm in June - which would be his first time at the festival, if the rumours come true. The Mirror alleges that Prince will top the bill on the final night of the festival, of which the only other confirmed headliner so far is Arcade Fire.
It's thought that Michael Eavis convinced Prince to take the gig during his time in London for a series of intimate, surprise gigs, which continued last night at Camden's Koko.
"They met in London and a deal was struck," said the Mirror's source. "The reaction towards Prince during his time in the capital has been immense and it cemented his desire to play at Glastonbury. He is determined to raise the bar and give a set to remember. There will be a few surprises in store."

Prince's representatives refused to confirm the reports when approached by the NME yesterday (February 17). During the star's press conference at Lianne La Havas' house on February 5, he told reporters he "couldn't think" of Glastonbury at the moment.
A spokesperson for Prince also previously told Gigwise he had not been booked for the festival after a industry source claimed the legend would play the festival, with Outkast performing underneath him.
