Bastille have joked that they will quit music after winning this year's BRIT Award for Best British Breakthrough.

Talking after they won the award at tonight's show at London's O2, the band spoke to the press shortly after being named the winner. They spoke of their growing US success, and their love for rivals in the category, including Laura Mvula and Disclosure.
"It's wicked, completely unexpected," said the band, talkin to Huw Stephens of their win. "Now we can retire and give up music and work in MacDonalds."
"It's been a wicked year, that no one predicted. We've been able to go all over the world."
