Lorde has confirmed intentions to return to the UK for a tour, following her win as Best International Female at the 2014 BRIT Awards.
Speaking to press after the show, Lorde said she 'should' be back in the UK later this year. She has previously announced a tour in America, but UK fans are eagerly awaiting her live shows.
"I love coming here in general," she said at the O2 Arena. "I should probably book some shows here. I should be back this year to play."
The singer won her award in a strong crowd, and she also said that he had no expectations of beating some fellow female superstars at the awards.
"I really didn't expect to win, when I was up against Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Janelle Monae. I'm stoked," she said.
Speaking of her collaboration with Disclosure at the event she said: "The BRITS got in contact, and asked if I would be keen to collaborate with Disclosure and I said yes, capital letters, because I love those boys and I love working with young people. It's a good thing to do.
"We met a few days ago. I flew in from Germany and we did few hours."
She also named Beyonce and Prince as her highlights of the night, adding:
"Everything has been kinda cool. Beyonce, as ever, was amazing. Prince walked past me in the corridor and that was the most amazing thing ever, to share some air with Prince. No big deal."
