Justin Bieber's potential move to an Atlanta suburb is already being protested by the community's locals.
A group of residents in the wealthy Atlanta neighbourhood of Buckhead, calling themselves the Buckhead Neighbourhood Coalition, have planned a protest taking place today (February 24).
"As a community here in Buckhead, we have worked hard to achieve our goals and get to where we are," the Facebook event page reads. "Justin Bieber's relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children, as well as the community. Some can't even let their children play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence, before. What's to say he won't do it again?"
The protest was reportedly organised by the wife of Buckhead resident Harold White, who told CNN: "It is our position that a person with his means could certainly find a neighborhood more suited to his 'eclectic' lifestyle."
You can't really blame them for not being too keen on Bieber making Buckhead his new home, given the singer has famously terrorised his current neighbourhood in California by allegedly egging houses and holding drag races in the street.
The singer was also charged with a DUI in Miami on January 23, later pleading not guilty.
