In a rather unlikely collaboration, Linkin Park have teamed up with Rakim on their new single, 'Guilty All The Same'. Check it out below.

The nu-metal band has joined forces with the legendary MC, best known as one half of hip hop duo Eric B & Rakim, for the lead single taken from their forthcoming untitled album. Of the collaboration, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda said: "If you get into the nitty-gritty of his rhyme pattern and the topic in this song, it’s bananas what he is doing. He’s on some Steve Vai shit vocally."

Shinoda recently revealed details of the band's forthcoming album, saying they're "trying all kinds of things we haven't before". In a message on his blog, he also wrote the band were self-producing the record themselves, and had been experimenting rather than working in an "organised and regimented" style.

Meanwhile, Linkin Park are set to embark on a massive US tour, called the Carnivores tour, with support from 30 Seconds To Mars and AFI, beginning in August. No UK dates have been announced yet.
