A worker who assisted in the making of Miley Cyrus' giant tongue slide, as seen on her Bangerz tour, is suing Cyrus and ShowFx Inc after he was badly injured whilst making the slide.
According to TMZ, Charles Nicholas Sarris claims he fell and severely injured himself after the equipment and tools given to him by ShowFx Inc, who were commisioned by Miley to create the slide, failed. Sarris alleges ShowFx didn't warn him about the potential dangers involved, and now he's seeking compensation.

It's the latest in a series of controversies on Miley's Bangerz tour, which has reportedly recieved complaints from parents outraged at the explicit content of the show, which sees Miley pretending to touch herself, mime giving a blowjob to a man in a Bill Clinton mask, eat a fan's thong and make out with Katy Perry. All whilst wearing eye-wateringly high cut leotards.
