A collection of rare and unseen Oasis images and memorabilia is set to go on display in London next month to coincide with the band's 20th anniversary, it has been revealed.

The Chasing The Sun exhibition, which will be held at London's Londonnewcastle Project Space, opens on the 20 year anniversary of the release of the band's debut single 'Supersonic', on 11 April, 2014. The collection will include photos, instruments and merchandise from the band's early years, and will give an insight into the band's first three, and most celebrated albums - Definitely Maybe, (What's The Story) Morning Glory and Be Here Now.

It was recently revealed that the band would be re-releasing the same three albums to mark the 20 year anniversary of their debut, disappointing thousands of fans who had hoped the Gallagher brothers had finally set aside their differences and confirmed a reunion.

The news was met with disappointment from fans and Liam Gallgher himself, urging them not to buy the remastered albums, claiming the albums were already mastered when they were released the first time around.
