Lil Wayne has revealed that his forthcoming record Tha Carter V will be his final solo album - unless someone pays him a few million, that is. "25-35" million to be exact.
Speaking to MTV, the rapper has insisted his tenth record - and the fifth in his Tha Carter series - will be his last - unless someone pays him rather a lot of money.
"I personally plan on this being my final solo album, yes and it's definitely the final Carter album," he revealed. "It's the final Carter album. It's stopping at five...25 to 35 million would get me to do another solo album after this."

Tha Carter V doesn't have an official release date yet, but it's thought it will be released in May. A tracklisting for the record surfaced in February, and if it's legitimate, Tha Carter V will feature an impressive array of guests, including the likes of Kanye West, Drake, The Weeknd, Nas and Future.
Meanwhile, Lil Wayne's Young Money imprint recently released their second compilation album. Young Money: Rise of an Empire features YMCMB affiliates Nicki Minaj, Drake and Birdman.
