After a two and a half year year hiatus, The Black Keys are expected to drop their brand new single, 'Fever', today, Monday (March 24).
According to Revolt, Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney will premiere the track on US radio around 3.30 EST and 12.30 PST (that's 7.30 PM UK time). The material will be their first in almost 3 years, with last album El Camino having been released in 2011.
Both Auerbach and Carney have been keeping busy, however. Auerbach won a Grammy for Producer of the Year in 2013, and has been working with Lana Del Rey on her upcoming album. Meanwhile, Carney has also been producing for The Sheepdogs and Tennis.

Having lined up several festival dates for this summer, mainly in Europe, it seems likely we can expect The Black Keys' eighth studio album in the next couple of months. The duo will be appearing at Open'er Festival, Optimus Alive and Bilbao BBK amongst others. They'll then be hitting our shores to headline Latitude on July 20.
