Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson has revealed that he was so nervous about taking on his current role as a judge on The Voice UK, that he was prescribed drugs by a doctor to help calm him in front of the cameras.
However, the 'I Predict A Riot' star claims he refused to knock back prescription drugs as he worried about the side effects from the tablets.
"I went to the doctors because I was dizzy and the doctor said, 'You're a bit anxious'," says Wilson, reposts Hello magazine. "Every time I stood up I thought I was going to fall down."
He added: "I was given tablets which I pretended to take – I thought they might do something weird."

The indie star has performed huge concerts in his time, as well as countless festival shows, but reveals that his time on The Voice was a performance that led him to face stage fright in his television role.
"It took every ounce of strength to get on with it, but my fears went as soon as the camera was rolling," he says of his nervousness. "When I was flagging emotionally, Kylie would point out the cameras to give me a steer.
