Glastonbury festival has announced a number of huge names for this summer's event - including Sunday night headliners Kasabian, Jack White, Elbow and many more.

Kasabian will headline the Sundayn night at the festival, following months of rumours that the band will be taking the much-coveted slot at the top of the bill. The band took to Twitter to speak of their excitement. They wrote:

Arcade Fire will headline the Friday night of the event, and the Saturday night headliners are still to be confirmed.
Ticket resales begin later this month. The resale dates any reserved tickets for Glastonbury Festival that have either been cancelled, refunded or not paid for will go into resales on two separate days - with the resale for ticket and coach packages taking place from 7pm on Thursday 24 April, before general admission tickets go back on sale from 9am on Sunday 27 April.
All tickets purchased in the resale must be paid for in full up front, with no deposit scheme available this time around. All tickets will be refundable up until 9 May, 2014.
