Kaiser Chiefs have scored their first No.1 album in seven years with their latest release, knocking X Factor winner Sam Bailey from the top spot.
Frontman Ricky Wilson's recent stint as a coach on BBC's The Voice has helped to raise the band's profile, and indeed land new LP Education, Education, Education And War at the top of the charts - their first No.1 since 2007's Yours Truly, Angry Mob.
Wilson took to Twitter once the news had broken:
Congratulations everyone... I'm exhausted and happy. Thank you. #1
