Rising star FKA twigs has announced her first ever mainland European gigs, with shows taking place in April and May of this year. Dates and details below.
The electronic star, who is one of the most hotly-tipped new names in 2014 will perform shows in Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels this Spring, with British fans hoping UK gigs will follow soon.
FKA twigs dates are as follows:
30 April - Carreau Du Temple, Paris, France
1 May - Trouw, Amsterdam, Holland
2 Mat - Botanique, Brussels, Belgium
The elusive star (real name Tahliah Barnett) recently gave a rare to Vogue magazine about her music and her image, choosing to address the visceral portrayal of female sexuality in videos for her singles 'Papi Pacify' and 'Ultraviolet'.
"I don't care about looking beautiful. Make me look weird; exaggerate me," she said, fittingly embracing the spirit found behind her music.
