Example is the latest artist confirmed to be working on new music with Klaxons, on what is sure to be a very noisy track indeed.

Tweeting from the studio, Example said that they were in the process of making what he described as a "rave song". He joins the list of collaborators that have recently worked with the 'nu-rave' band, including Erol Alkan, James Murphy, Gorgon City and Tom Rolands of the Chemical Brothers.

Meanwhile the Klaxons have recently spoken to the NME, stating that their new album will cover a variety of sounds from the realms of electronica. "We have arrived. On the first two albums, we were taking off and this one is us flying. We are there,” said bassist Jamie Reynolds.

"It covers leftfield electronica and pop. It's where we always said we were gonna place ourselves - it just took us a while to learn how to get there."
