Lily Allen has spoken out once again on feminism, claiming that she feels 'betrayed' by her own sex when women criticise her.
The Sheezus star, who has split opinion with her recent music videos, lyrics and views, was speaking to The Mirror's Glamour Magazine about the 'exhausting' excercise of being slammed by feminists who don't understand.
"I do feel betrayed by my sex," said Allen. "People have got their own agendas these days. It’s obvious when it’s about ego and them wanting to sound clever.
She continud: "It’s sad. Exhausting. Your own sex, in the name of feminism, hitting you back down. But I’m not gonna censor myself. I’m not gonna be beige."
