Madonna has made another bizarre faux pas, this time waving goodbye to orphans in Malawi with a bottle of hand sanitiser. See below.
The photo was taken during a recent visit to Malawi's capital Lilongwe, where she was visiting her Raising Malawi School for girls. She was making appearances in the country in coordination with the ruling that allowed her to adopt her second orphaned Malawian child earlier this year.
After the visit it seems that the "distinguished white lady" (the Malawian definition of Madonna) wanted to clean her hands so bad she decided to wave and wash all at once. Obviously nothing says charitable Madonna like waving a bottle of hand sanitizer at the normal folk.

This isn't the most bizarre Madonna facepalm moment of late as recently she courted trouble after referring to cabbage as "gay" during a word association game.
