Monica Lewinsky has responded to Beyonce over a controversial lyric namechecking her in her song 'Partition'.
The 40-year-old former member of White House staff, famed for having an affair with Bill Clinton while he was President in the 90s, has recently published an essay in Vanity Fair where she discusses her experience of the scandal.
In it, she takes issue with the lyric 'he Monica Lewinsky'd all over my gown" - a reference to an infamous semen stain left on Lewinsky's dress by Clinton.
"Thanks, Beyoncé," wrote Lewinsky in Vanity Fair, "but if we're verbing, I think you meant 'Bill Clinton'd all on my gown,' not 'Monica Lewinsky'd.'"
