Fans have taken to Twitter to voice their excitement about the announcement of Eminem's one-off gig at Wembley Stadium this July - while others are angry at the ticket prices.

After a day of rumours that Eminem had been denied permission to perform at London's Hyde Park, Eminem took to Zane Lowe's BBC Radio One show last night to confirm the news and announce a huge Wembley gig - marking his first UK gig since headlining Reading and Leeds last year and his first London gig since 2011. Eminem is also the first ever rapper to headline Wembley Stadium. 

Eminem will be playing London's Wembley Arena on 11 July, 2014. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 9 May. For more information visit Gigwise tickets.
