HIM lead the latest huge waves of additions to the already massive Sonisphere 2014 line-up, playing their only UK gig of the year at the hard-rock festival.
Joining the Finnish love-metallers are Comeback Kid, Sweet Savage, October File, Eureka Machines, The Bots, Zico Chain, Straight Lines, Black Dogs, Love Zombies, Stormzone Shrine, Rival State, The Wild Lies, The Raven Age and Empire Kill.
As if that wasn't enough, Anthrax have announced an additional appearance at the festival - performing their classic album Among The Living in its entirety.
Anthrax released a statement, which reads: "We love to play these songs and people love to hear them so we're really fucking excited to be doing this special show the day before our main-stage performance at Sonisphere Knebworth playing (for the first time ever) just the Among The Living record for you, our UK faithful! It's gonna be sick. See you soon my friends."
They'll be joining iconic headliners The Prodigy, Iron Maiden and Metallica as well as Dog Eat Dog Playing All Boro Kings, Anti-Flag, Black Spiders, Brutality Will Prevail, Emp!re, Krokodil, Reckless Love, Stampin' Ground, Tesseract, The Defiled, The Hell, The Hype Theory, The Safety Fire, Limp Bizkit, Slayer, Alice in Chains, Deftones (UK festival exclusive), Mastodon, Anthrax, Dropkick Murphys, Silverstein and many more.
