Good news if you're considering dressing as the first great meme of 2015: Katy Perry has now begun selling Left Shark costumes.
As previously reported Perry shut down bootleggers who were selling the costumes after her Super Bowl half time appearance featured an uncordinated dancer dressed as one of nature's greatest predators went viral. Now we know the reason why: she has begun selling Left Shark merchandise.
Sadly the outfit is not the Jaws-esque outfit of the original but rather a belovesie (a onesie that hugs back p. It's 100% polyster and is, according to Perry's website "made using a special sublimation technique to provide a vivid graphic image." It costs £129, with Perry announcing the deal as: "YOU CAN NOW BE A PROPER #LEFTSHARK WITH THIS OFFICIAL, GLORIOUS #LEFTSHARK ONESIE."

There are also t-shirts on sale for those of us not willing to commit to a full shark outfit/have some sense of dignity left. Expect to see a fair few of them at festivals this summer. Also note the VERY VISIBLE zip in the crotch.
