It looks like Jay Z may now be the proud owner of a streaming company to rival Spotify.
As Billboard reports, the musician's $56.2 million bid for Aspiro, a Swedish company behind music streaming services WiMP and Tidal, was made back in January.
Minority shareholders controlling 10% of the company's shares were said to be considering blocking the bid, questioning his valuation of the company and his plans for international expansion.
If Norwegian news outlet E24 is to be believed though, Jay Z's big has now been accepted - although a representative from Roc Nation has not responded to a request for comment.
If the reports are true, it's unclear what Jay Z's plans are for the streaming services, but it's surely a part of his and Beyonce's plans to conquer the world.
